CedarWorks Donates Playset to Hospitality House

Rockport, Maine. Knox County Homeless Coalition receives playset donation from CedarWorks

Rockport, ME - CedarWorks has donated an outdoor playset to Hospitality House, the Midcoast regions only homeless shelter. Located on Old County Road in Rockport near the Rockland town line, Hospitality House has reopened its doors with new hope for the future. CedarWorks is pleased to be a part of their grand opening by bringing play to the backyard.

"CedarWorks is excited to partner with Hospitality House to provide carefree, playful moments to children who have found themselves in unfortunate circumstances," stated Barrett Brown, CedarWorks owner and president. "We are delighted that families will have the opportunity to spend quality time together on a CedarWorks playset while benefiting from the wonderful programs offered by Hospitality House," added Brown.

Hospitality House is a program of the Knox County Homeless Coalitions working to provide housing and rehabilitation to homeless individuals and families in Knox County. Their mission, "A Home for Now", is demonstrated in their commitment to get individuals back on their feet through case management, plan development and other services. The coalition is a new nonprofit which will rely on grants and community support for sustainability.
